GERMAN SHORTHAIR POINTER (GSP) PUPPIES FOR SALE

Jurgerson's Kennel is a family run kennel is southern Wisconsin that breeds both black and liver AKC German Shorthaired Pointers for temperment, conformation, and hunting ability.  Our puppies are well socialized and introduced to pheasant wings and water (weather permitting) at approximately seven weeks.  Before going to their new homes they have their tails docked and dews removed, go through a worming program and receive their first set of vaccinations.  They leave with a  genetic health guarantee including hips.

Shada and Tucker's litter arrived Sept 5, 2009.  There are three black females, two liver females and two black males.  They range from open ticked to heavily roaned.  They will be some large dogs with females maturing to 65-75 and males 75-85 pounds and they will be big boned and have nice blocky features.  Tucker holds a Junior Hunter title and his grandsire is Graf Vom Borsumer Hof.  Shada's parents won numerous local hunt contests.  These pups will be natural ability hunters that will be close ranging.  Perfect for the foot hunter. They will also have nice calm demeanors and won't be overly high strung like many GSP's can be.  Liver/roan or ticked females $750, black/roan or ticked females $850, black/roan or ticked males $800.  We are now accepting $200 deposits on this litter. Cygnus and Remmy's puppies arrived Oct 10, 2009.  Cygnus is out of our own Tucker (who is JH titled) and Tabitha (almost every dog in her pedigree is titled in hunt, show or agility), who can be seen on our adults pages.  Remmy comes from a long line of champions.  His sire is DC AFC Odyssey's Perfection MH and his dam is CH Jackson Wild Best Savannah JH.  Tremendous pedigree on these pups!  They will be some big dogs with blocky features.  Males should mature to 75-85 pounds and females 65-75 pounds.  They will also have calmer demeanors, so they will not only excell in the field but will also make wonderful family companions.  Liver/roan male $700, black roan male $800, black/roan or ticked females $850, solid liver males $800, solid liver female $850.  Now accepting $200 deposits.

Tabitha and Rojo puppies arrived Sept 9, 2009.  This is a cross between a German Shorthaired Pointer and a Labrador Retriever.  Talk about your perfect hunting dog!  Here's your pointing lab!  The drive and agility of a GSP with the calm demeanor of a lab.  The puppies are all chocolate in color, with several having white on their chest and a two (one male and one female) having white on their toes.  They will have a heavier coat then a GSP but not a thick as the english lab.  Will do great both in water and on land.  Tabitha comes from a long line of champions that are proven in the field.  Rojo is an english style lab, so he will add bulk to the puppies.  Males should mature to 80-90 pounds and females 65-75 pounds.  We have lowered the price of the last couple of puppies on this litter to $300.
