1. Acceptance of Terms of Use and Amendments.
Each time you use or cause access to this web site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, and as amended from time to time with or without notice to you. NOTICE: We reserve the right to review all advertising placed on this site and determine its suitability. We further reserve the right to inactivate listings immediately upon receipt of sufficient evidence alleging misrepresentations, fraud, false advertising, unbusiness-like conduct, unfair and/or misleading business practices and/or violations of the standards by those posting listings on this site. The alleged violator shall be emailed the allegations and shall have 48 hours to respond with proof to the contrary and make corrections. If, in the sole opinion of BreedersClub.net, the proof to the contrary is insufficient, the listing(s) shall be terminated without further notice. In the event of dishonesty on the part of the advertiser and/or listings are posted in violation of the stated standards, no refund shall be made due to misrepresentation by the breeder.
2. Payment Options
BreedersClub.net accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard and Discover online. Check by Phone (echeck) is acceptable. In the event an echeck payment is dishonored by the bank for whatever reason, your ad(s) will be immediately disabled. You will be notified by email or telephone call of such an event. In order to reinstate your ad(s) payment by an acceptable credit or debit card, money order or bank issued cashiers check for the dishonored amount plus a $10.00 reinstatement fee will be required. Upon receipt of acceptable funds, your ad(s) will be reinstated within 48 hours.
3. Our Service.
Our web site and services provided to you on and through our web site on an "AS IS" basis.You agree that the owners of this web site exclusively reserve the right and may, at any time and without notice and any liability to you, modify or discontinue this web site and its services or delete the data you provide, whether temporarily or permanently. We shall have no responsibilty or liability for the timeliness, deletion, failure to store, inaccuracy, or improper delivery of any data or information.
4. Your Responsibilities and Registration Obligations.
In order to use this web site, you must register on our site, agree to provide truthful information when requested, and be at least the age of thirteen (13) or older. When registering, you explicitly agree to our Terms of Use and as may be modified by us from time to time and available here.
